All Page Tutorial — Using Elementor

1. Locating the Page in WordPress

  • In the WordPress dashboard, go to Pages → All Pages.
  • Find the page labeled Ex : “Home” (or whichever page is set as the homepage).
  • If you don’t see “Home,” check Settings → Reading to see which page is set as the “Homepage.”
  • Click Edit with Elementor on that page.

2. Editing Content in Elementor

Once you’re in the Elementor editor:

a) Selecting a Section / Widget

  • Hover over a section; you’ll see Pink border and icons for Edit Section, Duplicate, Delete, etc.
  • Click the Edit Section (6 dots icon) to modify the section’s layout, style, padding, etc.
  • Inside the section, hover a widget (like a heading, text editor, image) and click the Edit Widget icon (pencil icon).

b) Editing Text Content

  • After clicking Edit Widget on a Text or Heading widget, on the left panel you’ll see the “Content” tab where you can change the text (title, paragraph, list, etc.).
  • Use the “Style” tab to change typography, color, spacing.
  • If needed, use the “Advanced” tab for margins, padding, motion effects.

c) Editing / Replacing Images

  • Click the Image widget (or the widget that holds an image) and in the left panel under “Content → Choose Image” you can pick a different image from Media Library or upload a new one.
  • You can also change the image size, alignment, caption, link, etc.
  • Under “Style,” you can add borders, shadows, hover effects, etc.

d) Editing / Replacing Button Content

  1. Select the Button Widget
    Click the button you want to edit. The left panel will display the Button widget settings.
  2. Edit Button Text
    Under the Content → Text field, you can change the label of the button (e.g., “Let’s Begin” → “Get Started”).
  3. Edit Link / URL
    In the Link field, enter the URL where you want the button to navigate. This can be an internal page, external site, or a custom anchor.
  4. Style the Button
    1. Switch to the Style tab to change:
      1. Text color
      2. Background color
      3. Typography (font, size, weight)
      4. Borders, border-radius, or shadows
      5. Hover effects
  5. Advanced Settings
    In the Advanced tab, you can adjust:
    1. Margin and padding
    2. Motion effects
    3. Responsive visibility (show/hide on desktop, tablet, mobile)

Save Changes
Once edits are done, click Update at the bottom of the Elementor panel to save your changes.

3. Editing Accordion Text (FAQ)

  1. Select the Widget: Click directly on the Accordion widget. The left-hand sidebar will change to show the Content tab.

  2. Expand the Item: Under the “Accordion” section in the sidebar, you will see a list of your items (e.g., Accordion #1, Accordion #2). Click on the specific item you want to change. It will drop down to reveal the editing fields.

  3. Edit the Title & Content:

    1. Title: Change the text that appears on the bar.

    2. Description: This is the “open” text. You can type directly into the text box or use the Visual/HTML editor tabs.

  4. The “Click to Open” Trick: If you want to see the text change live on the page while you type, click the Title of the accordion item on the actual page preview. Elementor will expand it so you can see the content area you are styling.

4. Adding New Content / Elements

To insert new widgets or sections:

  1. On the left panel (Elementor toolbox), search for the widget you want (Heading, Image, Button, etc.).

  2. Drag & drop it into your desired section or into a new section.

  3. Configure its content, style, and advanced settings as above.

  4. To add a new section: click the “+” icon (Add New Section), choose structure (e.g. one column, two columns etc.), then drag widgets into it.

5. Deleting Sections / Widgets / Images

  • To delete a widget: hover over it → right-click → Delete (or click the “X” icon).

  • To delete a section: hover the section → right-click the 6-dot handle → Delete.

  • If deleting an image from the media library (sitewide): go to Media → Library, find the image, click it and choose Delete Permanently. (Be cautious — if it’s used elsewhere you’ll break that usage.)

5. Publishing / Saving Changes

  • After you make edits, click Publish (Top Right) in Elementor to save changes.
  • View the page (Preview Changes) to ensure it looks correct on desktop, tablet, mobile.

How to Add a WooCommerce Product

you need to add products, and you just need a product name and a price to begin. On this page, you’ll learn how to add the various types of core WooCommerce products.

1.Adding a Simple product

Let’s add a Simple product. You’ll need: 

  • Product name
  • Product’s regular price
  • Product image (from your Media Library)

The following example results in a basic product listing, without a description, assigned to the default “Uncategorized” product category:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Products > Add Product
    2. Enter a Product name
    3. In the Product data > General section, the Product type should default to Simple product. 
    4. Enter amounts for Regular priceSale price, and Cost of goods as applicable.
    5. If needing to track inventory, see our Inventory section of the Product data documentation.
    6. In the Product image panel in the right-hand column, click the Set product image link. 
    7. Select the image you want to use and click  the Set product image button.
    8. Select an existing category by ticking the checkbox.

      • Example: Mens Health,Womens Health etc.

    9. If the category does not exist:

      • Click + Add new category

      • Enter Category name

      • Select Parent category (optional)

      • Click Add new category.

    10. Click the Publish button in the Publish panel.
    11. Click the View product link at the top of the screen to view the newly created product.

2.Adding a Variable Product

Adding a variable product is similar to adding a simple product, but with a few more details to consider.

To add a new variable product:

  1. Navigate to “Products” in WP-Admin (the site’s admin area). 
  2. Click Add New Product at the top of the page.
  3. Enter the product name. 
  4. Choose “Variable Product” from the “Product data” dropdown menu.
  5. Click on the “Attributes” tab on the left hand side under the Product data dropdown. 
  6. Add either a global/existing attribute or create a new one(specific to the product):
    • Adding a Global Attribute:
      1. If you’ve already created global attributes, select the one you want to use from the “add existing” dropdown menu at the top of the settings.
      2. Select the variations/values you’d like to use from that attribute. You can add them all by clicking the “Select All” button below the values box or you can select specific ones you want to use by clicking on the “Select Values” box and selecting them one by one. 
    • Adding a new Attribute:
      1. Click the “Add New” button at the top of the settings. 
      2. Add a name for your attribute (examples: size) 
      3. Add the values (variations) you need. Separate each variation/value with |  (i.e.: Dosage | 5mg | 10mg | 15mg )
  7. Click “Save Attributes”. 
  8. Click on the Variations tab on the left. 
  9. Click either:
    • Generate variations to add all possible variations from all attributes values/variations.
    • Add manually to specify which variables will be available for the product. 
  10. Click on each variation to expand to its product menu. 
  11. Enter product information: Price, stock status, weight, dimensions, shipping class, and description. Add Linked Products if needed. Repeat for all variations. 
  12. Optional: Use the “Bulk Actions” dropdown at the top of the “Variations” menu to set product information for all variations at once. 
  13. Click Save changes at the bottom of the variations menu. 
  14. Click “Publish” in the top right of the screen to publish the product.

Prescribery Sync Product

Each WooCommerce product now includes a new tab:
Product → Product Data → Prescribery  → Sync with Dashboard

Enable this checkbox for every product that should:

  • Sync with the dashboard

  • Add the blood works and consultation fee

  • Select the product to sync with Prescribery

If disabled, the product will not interact with the Prescribery Dashboard.

Export Orders

Step 1: Access the Export Orders Tool

  • Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  • Go to WooCommerce → Export Orders.
  • This menu is added by the plugin after activation.
  • You’ll see the Export Orders interface, which lets you configure what orders to export.

Step 2: Set the Date Range

  • Look for the Date Range section.
  • Choose the period for orders you want to export:
  • All time
  • Last 7 days / Last month
  • Or a custom date range using the calendar picker.

Step 3: Select Order Status

  • Find the Order Status section.
  • Choose which orders to include in the export:
  • Completed – Orders that are finished.
  • Processing – Orders that are paid but not yet completed.
  • Pending – Orders awaiting payment.
  • You can select multiple statuses at once.

Step 4: Choose Fields to Export

  • Scroll to the Fields section.
  • Select the information you want in your export:
  • Order ID
  • Customer Name / Email
  • Products & Quantity
  • Billing / Shipping Address
  • Order Total
  • Custom Fields if needed
  • Most plugins allow drag-and-drop or checkbox selection for easy customization.

Step 5: Select Export Format

  • Choose the file format:
  • CSV – Works in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excel (XLS/XLSX) – Native spreadsheet format
  • XML – For integrations

Step 6: Export the Orders

  • Click Export Now (or just Export) at the bottom.
  • The plugin generates a downloadable file with all the selected orders.
  • Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool to view your orders.

Adding a New Coach

Step 1: Open the Coaches Menu

  1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. From the left navigation menu, click Coaches.
  3. Select Add New Coach.

Step 2: Enter Coach Details

Fill in the required information, such as:

  • Coach Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Specialization
  • Prescribery Mapping.

Step 3: Save the Coach

  1. Review the information you entered.
  2. Click Add Coach, Publish, or Save (depending on your plugin version).
  3. A confirmation message will appear, and the coach will be added successfully.

Viewing Coaches

Step 1: Open the Coaches List

  1. Go to Coaches → Coaches.
  2. The page displays all existing coaches.

Step 2: Review Coach Information

The list typically includes:

  • Coach Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Assigned Specializations

Step 3: Search or Filter Coaches

Use the available search box or filters to quickly find a specific coach.

Step 4: Edit or Delete a Coach

Hover over a coach’s name (or use the available action buttons) to:

  • Edit the coach’s information.
  • Delete the coach if it is no longer needed.

Managing Specializations

Step 1: Open the Specializations Page

  1. Navigate to Coaches → Specializations.

Step 2: Add a New Specialization

  1. Enter the specialization name.
  2. Add an optional description (if available).
  3. Click Add Specialization.

Step 3: View Existing Specializations

The page displays all available specializations.

Step 4: Edit or Delete a Specialization

Use the available actions to:

  • Update the specialization name.
  • Remove a specialization that is no longer required.

Note: Coaches can be assigned one or more specializations, depending on the plugin configuration.

 Prescribery Settings

  • Leads

    The Leads tab displays all incoming Prescribery leads.

    From this page, you can:

    • Filter leads by coach.
    • Filter by lead status.
    • Select a custom date range.
    • Search by:
      • Name
      • Email
      • Phone Number
    • Export leads using the Export CSV button.

    The leads table includes information such as:

    • Date
    • Customer Name
    • Email
    • Phone Number
    • State
    • Assigned Coach
    • Member ID
    • Message
    • API Status (Sent/Failed)

    Email Templates

    Use this tab to manage email templates sent to leads or coaches.

    You can:

    • View existing templates.
    • Edit email content.
    • Save updated templates.
