Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 23, 2026

Welcome to Impact Health. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at Impact Health ("Website", "Platform") and any telehealth services, medical assessments, lab tests, or wellness programs provided by Impact Health .

By accessing our website, filling out medical intake forms, or enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions

To use our telehealth platform and receive treatment, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • Location: Our telehealth services are only available to individuals residing in states or regions where our network of independent, licensed healthcare clinicians are legally permitted to practice.

  • Identity Verification: You agree to provide a valid, government-issued photo ID upon request to verify your identity before any clinical review or prescription issuance.

2. Telehealth & Medical Disclaimers

  • Not an Emergency Service: Impact Health is an online asynchronous and synchronous telehealth platform. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY.

  • No Primary Care Relationship: Use of this platform does not establish a traditional, in-person primary care physician relationship. The clinicians on our platform evaluate your health specifically for the metabolic, peptide, or lifestyle protocols offered. You are strongly advised to maintain a primary care physician for your regular, in-person medical needs.

  • No Guarantee of Prescription: Filling out a health questionnaire, paying a fee, or undergoing diagnostic lab work does not guarantee that a healthcare provider will write a prescription. Prescriptions (including semaglutide, peptides, or hormone therapies) are issued solely at the professional clinical discretion of the licensed healthcare provider. If a provider deems a treatment medically unsafe or inappropriate for you, you will not receive a prescription.

3. Accuracy of Health Information

You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the information you provide to Impact Health and its network providers.

Important Note: You agree not to omit, misrepresent, or falsify any medical history, symptoms, current medications, allergies, or lifestyle habits. Doing so can cause severe, life-threatening medical complications and is grounds for immediate termination of your account and services without a refund.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen health programs, diagnostic labs, clinical consultation fees, and prescription medications.

  • Automatic Renewals: If you sign up for a monthly or recurring health program, your payment method on file will be automatically billed on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Cancellation Policy: To avoid being billed for your next cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least [e.g., 5 business days] prior to your next scheduled billing date by emailing [Insert Support Email].

5. Fulfillment, Shipping, and Refunds

  • Prescription Fulfillment: Medications prescribed through our platform are fulfilled and compounded by independent, fully licensed U.S. partner compounding pharmacies.

  • Shipping: Once approved by a provider, prescriptions are shipped directly to your door using proper clinical packaging (refrigerated cold-packs where required). We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the specialized, highly regulated nature of prescription medications, compound formulations, and customized laboratory diagnostic orders, all sales are final. Once a clinician has reviewed your medical profile or a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no refunds can be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on this Website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and program materials—is the exclusive property of Impact Health or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Impact Health, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and independent network of medical providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, software, or clinical protocols.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, your account, or any ongoing care, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, acted fraudulently, or if our medical providers determine it is no longer safe or ethical to treat you.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of [Insert Your Business State, e.g., the State of Delaware / Texas], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Insert Your Business County/State].
